We presented the successful Bel Village story in a somewhat forgotten project of 14 luxury residential villas, which we brought back to life with our partners, the company Pulić & Partneri and the investor Sergey Lupekhin. Bel Village is a story of living in top-notch architecture, interiors equipped by prestigious world manufacturers, with advanced technologies and energy-saving systems, security, and smart home installations!

The Bel Village Complex is located in the elite residential district of Mlinovi in Zagreb, in a carefully selected location in the immediate vicinity of the Medvednica Nature Park, only three kilometres from the city center. State-of-the-art smart home technology wires the villas, ensuring comfort at the touch of a button, energy efficiency, and compliance with the highest environmental standards. The Gira KNX system is the basis for all elements such as heating, ventilation, automatic shutters, lighting, security, and protection programs. The Gira KNX fingerprint scanning system regulates access to houses and the alarm system, while video surveillance with HDD recordings covers the entire house and its environment.
